Ingredients

  • 1 none cooking spray
  • 6 cup water
  • 2 cup steel cut oats
  • 1/2 cup cherries, dried
  • 1/4 cup raisins, seedless
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 cup Greek yogurt, vanilla
  • 4 tablespoon honey
  • 2 medium apricot
  • 1 cup, chopped pecans

Instructions

  • Coat slow-cooker with cooking spray. In the cooker combine the water, oats, dried cherries, raisins, cinnamon and salt.
  • Cover and cook on low heat for 4.5-5 hours.  Stir before serving. Serve with 1/2 cup yogurt, drizzle of honey and pecans.
