Ingredients

  • 2 cup blueberries, frozen
  • 1 cup yogurt, plain
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed, ground
  • 1 cup coconut milk

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients together in a high powered blender.  Add more coconut milk if necessary to get it to blend.
