  • 2 cup Quinoa, cooked
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup, chopped walnuts
  • 2 cup Greek yogurt, plain
  • 1 tbsp honey


  • Mix cooked quinoa (1/2 cup raw quinoa makes 2 cups cooked) with berries, walnuts, yogurt, and honey for a new twist on a yogurt snack.
