- 3 cup milk
- 2 cup yogurt, plain, low-fat
- 2 cup blueberries, frozen
- 2 medium banana
- 1 cup oats, dry
- Add 2 cups of milk, the yogurt, berries, and sliced bananas to a high-powered blender. Blend well.
- Add oats and blend again until well combined. If mixture is too thick, add more milk until the desired consistency has been reached.
- Serve immediately.
