Ingredients

  • 3 cup milk
  • 2 cup yogurt, plain, low-fat
  • 2 cup blueberries, frozen
  • 2 medium banana
  • 1 cup oats, dry

Instructions

  • Add 2 cups of milk, the yogurt, berries, and sliced bananas to a high-powered blender. Blend well.
  • Add oats and blend again until well combined. If mixture is too thick, add more milk until the desired consistency has been reached.
  • Serve immediately.
