  • 8 slice bread, whole wheat
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter, all-natural
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 cup, whole strawberries
  • 2 cup milk


  • Simply toast your bread, spread with peanut butter, drop some blueberries on the peanut butter, and cover with second slice of toast.  Slice in half, serve with a few strawberries for an antioxidant boost and a small glass of the milk of your choice.
