- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 2 cup apple juice
- 2 medium banana
- 3 cup blueberries, frozen
- 1 cup raspberries, frozen
- Soak and drain walnuts. (If you are short on time you can skip this step.)
- Combine the apple juice and banana in a blender. Add the blueberries, raspberries, and walnuts. Blend until smooth.
