- 4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoon maple syrup, pure
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cup Corn Grits
- 1 cup cranberries, dried
- 1/8 cup walnuts, chopped
- 2 cup blueberries
- In a small saucepan, add milk (or water if desired), syrup and salt; bring to a boil over high heat. Slowly whisk in grits. Cover and reduce heat to medium-low. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally. Let stand for 1 minute.
- Top grits with cranberries and walnuts. Serve with blueberries on the side.
