Berry Blastoff Smoothie

  • 2 cup coconut water
  • 4 tablespoon vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 2 cup mixed berries, frozen


  • Pour liquid and about 2 tablespoons of protein powder into blender, and blend.  Add remaining ingredients, blend well; add more coconut water if consistency is too thick, or more berries if it is too thin.  Serve immediately.
