- 2 cup coconut water
- 4 tablespoon vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup spinach
- 2 cup mixed berries, frozen
- Pour liquid and about 2 tablespoons of protein powder into blender, and blend. Add remaining ingredients, blend well; add more coconut water if consistency is too thick, or more berries if it is too thin. Serve immediately.
