Ingredients

  • 3 cup almond milk, unsweetened
  • 1 1/2 cup mixed berries, frozen
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 medium avocado
  • 2 tablespoon flaxseed, ground

  • Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend well.
  • Water or ice may be added if desired.
