Basic Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3 cup spinach
  • 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
  • 2 medium orange
  • 2 medium apple
  • 2 medium banana
  • 1 ounce chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  • Fill the blender with greens, add liquid.  Add peeled orange, apple, bananas, and chia seeds.  Blend until smooth.  If it is too chunky and not blending well, add more liquid. Sweeten with honey.
