Banana Spice Smoothie

  • 2 medium banana
  • 2 cup yogurt, vanilla, low-fat
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/8 cup vanilla protein powder


  • Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth; add ice if desired until the preferred consistency is reached.
  • Serve immediately.
