Banana O-oats Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cup milk
  • 2 cup yogurt, plain
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 teaspoon honey
  • 1 cup oats, dry
  • 2 medium banana

Instructions

  • Toss all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Add ice if a thicker consistency is desired. Enjoy!
