  • 4 medium tortilla, whole wheat
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter, all-natural
  • 4 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 2 medium banana

Serve With

  • 1 medium cucumber


  • Lay out tortillas; spread each with 2 tablespoons peanut butter. Drizzle with honey. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Slice bananas and place on the center of each tortilla; roll up and secure with a toothpick.
  • Slice cucumber and serve with roll-ups.
