  • 4 large egg
  • 1 medium avocado
  • 4 medium bagel, wheat

Serve With

  • 4 cup applesauce, unsweetened


  • Spray skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium.  Crack one egg at a time and cook as desired until whites are no longer runny.
  • Slice avocado and place on top of one half of bagel, add the egg and second half of bagel; slice in half.  Repeat until all eggs are prepared.
  • Serve with applesauce.
