- 4 large egg
- 1 medium avocado
- 4 medium bagel, wheat
- 4 cup applesauce, unsweetened
- Spray skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium. Crack one egg at a time and cook as desired until whites are no longer runny.
- Slice avocado and place on top of one half of bagel, add the egg and second half of bagel; slice in half. Repeat until all eggs are prepared.
- Serve with applesauce.
