- 4 medium bagel, wheat
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, low fat
- 1/4 cup jam, all-fruit
- 1 cup trail mix (with nuts, seeds, and chocolate chips)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 2 cup grapes
- Spread the bottom of each bagel with cream cheese and and the top with jam; place back together making a sandwich and slice in half.
- Serve with trail mix, tomatoes, and grapes.
