- 2/3 cup pistachios, shelled
- 2 medium avocado
- 3 cup almond milk, unsweetened
- 2 cup strawberries
- 4 tablespoon honey
- Place pistachios into a high-powered blender and mix until they begin to powder. Remove flesh and pit from avocado and add to blender. Pour in milk, strawberries, and honey. Blend well. Serve immediately.
