- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 medium avocado
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, ground
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Slice tomatoes in half and place open-side up on a platter. Chop avocado and place into a small mixing bowl.
- Mince garlic and add to avocado, along with pepper and salt. Mash together while mixing until the desired consistency is reached.
- Top each tomato with a small amount of avocado mixture.
- Serve immediately!
