  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 medium avocado
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, ground
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


  • Slice tomatoes in half and place open-side up on a platter. Chop avocado and place into a small mixing bowl.
  • Mince garlic and add to avocado, along with pepper and salt. Mash together while mixing until the desired consistency is reached.
  • Top each tomato with a small amount of avocado mixture.
  • Serve immediately!
