- 1 medium avocado
- 1 medium whole (2-3/5″ dia) tomato, red
- 1 medium zucchini
- 8 slice bread, whole wheat
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 4 medium (7″ to 7-7/8″ long) banana
- Slice avocado and tomato. Cut zucchini into strips.
- Toast bread. Layer with an avocado slice, tomato and a small amount of hot sauce (if desired), top with additional slice of bread.
- Serve with zucchini strips and bananas.
