- 4 large egg
- 1 medium avocado
- 8 slice bread, whole wheat
- 2 cup grapes
- Spray a non-stick skillet with cooking spray. Cook each egg to desired doneness. While eggs cook, remove skin from avocado and slice thinly; set aside.
- Toast bread. Layer bread with an egg and a few slices of avocado. Top off with second slice of bread. Serve with grapes.
