  • 10 ounce chicken, canned
  • 2 medium avocado
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 stalk green onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/8 cup Greek yogurt, plain
  • 4 medium rolls, French

Serve With

  • 1 medium bell pepper, orange
  • 4 medium orange


  • Drain chicken and scoop into a medium bowl. Dice avocado, and chop celery and green onion; add to chicken.
  • In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, salt, sugar, and yogurt. Gently mix in with chicken to fully coat.
  • Divide chicken salad evenly among rolls. Slice bell pepper and cut oranges into wedges.
  • Serve sandwiches with pepper slices and orange wedges on the side.
