  • 1 medium avocado
  • 8 slice bread, whole wheat
  • 1 medium tomato, red
  • 4 ounce cheddar cheese

Serve With

  • 4 medium banana


  • Mash avocado and spread onto bread slices.
  • Slice tomato and add 1-2 slices of tomato onto each of 4 slices of bread. Add a slice of cheese.
  • Top with second slice of bread and use special food cutters to shape sandwiches.
  • Serve with a banana.
