- 1 medium avocado
- 8 slice bread, whole wheat
- 1 medium tomato, red
- 4 ounce cheddar cheese
- 4 medium banana
- Mash avocado and spread onto bread slices.
- Slice tomato and add 1-2 slices of tomato onto each of 4 slices of bread. Add a slice of cheese.
- Top with second slice of bread and use special food cutters to shape sandwiches.
- Serve with a banana.
