Apples Love Peanut Butter

  • 4 medium apple
  • 2 tablespoon peanut butter, all-natural
  • 2 cup coconut water
  • 1/3 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 2 cup spinach


  • Slice apples across the width, to make them into apple and peanut butter sandwiches.  Spread peanut butter between the slices.
  • Mix all ingredients for the smoothie in a high powered blender; add ice if desired.  Serve with apples.
