Apple Sundae Breakfast

  • 2 medium apple
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup raisins, seedless
  • 1 cup cranberries, dried
  • 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
  • 4 cup Greek yogurt, plain


  • Shred or grate apples and toss with lemon juice to avoid browning.
  • Stir in raisins, cranberries, and pecans.
  • In 4 tall glasses, alternate layers of apple mixture and yogurt.
  • Serve immediately.
