- 2 medium apple
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup raisins, seedless
- 1 cup cranberries, dried
- 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
- 4 cup Greek yogurt, plain
- Shred or grate apples and toss with lemon juice to avoid browning.
- Stir in raisins, cranberries, and pecans.
- In 4 tall glasses, alternate layers of apple mixture and yogurt.
