Ingredients

  • 2 medium apple
  • 2 medium banana
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup milk

Serve With

  • 4 slice bread, sprouted, whole grain

Instructions

  • Core, peel, and chop apples.
  • Add all smoothie ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
  • Add ice if desired and blend again until the desired consistency is reached.
  • Toast bread and serve alongside smoothies.
