Ingredients

  • 4 medium apple
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter, all-natural

Instructions

  • Holding apples sideways, thinly cut into slices so that the core is in the middle. Use a small food cutter to cut out the core sections into a fun shape.
  • Toss apple slices into a bowl and coat with lemon juice to avoid browning.
  • Spread peanut butter between slices of apple, making apple sandwiches. Serve immediately.
