- 4 medium apple
- 4 ounce cheddar cheese
- 2 cup spinach
- 4 large naan
- Preheat sandwich press (or skillet if necessary). Thinly slice one apple, and the cheddar cheese.
- Layer cheese, spinach, and apple slices on half of each piece of Naan; fold over other side, making sandwiches.
- Place sandwiches one at a time onto hot sandwich press, warming each until cheese has melted.
- Serve with extra apple slices on the side.
