- 4 medium tangerine (mandarin orange)
- 1 stalk celery
- Carefully peel each tangerine without breaking it apart. Use a paring knife or peeler to remove the white part left on the tangerine.
- Cut small pieces of celery, approximately 1 inch long and insert into the top of each tangerine. If you have them, use a leaf or two from the celery to use as a pumpkin leaf.
