Serves: 8
Prep Time: 75 m

Ingredients

  • 10 ounce – spinach, frozen
  • 1 packet – onion soup mix, dry
  • 1 cup – sour cream
  • 1/2 cup – mayonnaise, light
  • 1/8 teaspoon – black pepper, ground
Serve With:
  • 8 medium – carrot
  • 8 stalk – celery
  • 4 cup – cauliflower, florets

Directions

  1. Thaw and drain spinach. Mix together with the remaining dip ingredients and chill for at least an hour before serving.
  2. Peel carrots and slice into sticks, along with celery. Cut cauliflower into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Arrange vegetables in a snowflake pattern on a plate, serving with dip in the middle.
This makes enough for 8 servings, so there will likely be leftovers. Cover everything and store in the fridge for an easy go-to snack over the next several days. Or, feel free to cut the ingredients in half to make only 4 servings instead.
