Serving Size = 1 toast, 1 apple, and 1/4 cup yogurt

Ingredients

  • 4 slice – bread, whole wheat
  • 4 medium – apple
  • 1 cup – yogurt, vanilla, low-fat

Directions

  1. Toast the bread, slice the apples.
  2. Serve 1/4 cup yogurt with 1 slice of toast and one full apple.
