Ingredients

  • 1 cup – raspberries, frozen
  • 2 cup – applesauce, unsweetened
  • 2 medium – banana
  • 2 cup – yogurt, plain, low-fat
  • 2 tablespoon – wheat germ
  • 4 cup – spinach

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into a high-powered blender and mix until smooth.
  2. If mixture is too thick, add water or another preferred liquid until evenly blended and the desired consistency is reached.
