Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • 1 medium – lemon
  • 2 medium – apple
  • 1 cup – strawberries, frozen, unsweetened
  • 1 cup – raspberries, frozen
  • 1 cup, chopped – cranberries, raw
  • 1 cup – Greek yogurt, vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon – honey
  • 1 cup – Carrot juice, canned
Serve With:
  • 4 slice – bread, whole wheat

Directions

    1. Peel your lemon and slice your apple. (1 large or 2 small ones)
    2. Combine all ingredients in a powerful blender and blend until smooth.
*If you do not want to use carrot juice you could also use cranberry juice, pomegranate juice or apple juice.
