Ingredients

  • 3 medium – tomato, red
  • 1/4 medium – onion, red
  • 1 cup – cilantro
  • 1 medium – lime
  • 1 clove – garlic
  • 1/8 teaspoon – garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon – cumin, ground
  • 1/8 teaspoon – salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon – black pepper, ground
  • 1/2 medium – peppers, jalapeño
Serve With:
  • 4 ounce – tortilla chips

Directions

  1. Place ingredients in a food processor; pulse a few times until it is of consistency desired (jalapeño may be left out for less heat).
  2. Refrigerate a few hours before serving. Serve with tortilla chips.
