Ingredients

  • 1 cup – yogurt, plain, low-fat
  • 4 tablespoon – honey
  • 1/2 cup – blackberries, frozen
  • 1/4 cup – walnuts, chopped

Directions

  1. Top yogurt with chopped nuts, berries, and honey. Enjoy!
This can be made with fresh or frozen berries, mixed berries, pecans etc. Even some granola. Greek yogurt would be thicker and creamier.
