Ingredients

  • 8 slice – mozzarella cheese
  • 4 cup – carrots, baby
  • 1 tablespoon – ranch dressing, low fat

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Slice cheese into long strips and then cut the strips in half. These will serve as the "mummy's" cloth wrapping. Place the carrots on a baking sheet. Drape the cheese over the carrots (warm temperature cheese works best). Roast for 5 minutes, just enough time to melt the cheese around the carrots.
  2. Using some ranch dressing and a toothpick, dab the toothpick in the ranch and make little eyes on the mummies. Serve!
