Ingredients

  • 4 slice – bread, whole wheat
  • 3 ounce – cheddar cheese
Serve With:
  • 1 cup – peaches, canned in own juice

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to broil.
  2. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly among bread slices.
  3. Place bread on center rack of oven.  Leave in long enough for the cheese to get melted and bubbly.  Approximately 1 - 2 minutes.
  4. Serve with peaches.
