Ingredients

  • 2 medium – apple
  • 1 medium – lemon
  • 1 medium – pomegranate
  • 2 medium – kiwi

Directions

  1. Peel and dice apples; toss in juice from the lemon, then add to a bowl. (You could also use a melon baller and make the apple pieces into small balls if desired.)
  2. Remove the pomegranate arils (seeds); peel and slice (or dice) kiwi. Add both to the bowl with the apples.
  3. Toss to combine. Serve immediately.
Not looking forward to removing the arils from your pomegranate? No problem! You may be able to buy them already removed. Or, you could simply use dried cranberries instead.
