Ingredients

  • 4 ounce – mozzarella cheese
  • 2 medium – tomato, red
  • 2 leaves – basil, fresh
  • 8 slice – bread, french
Serve With:
  • 2 medium – cucumber

Directions

  1. Slice cheese, and tomatoes into thin slices.
  2. Layer cheese, tomatoes, and basil on bread slices.
  3. Place on a hot panini press, or grill pan.
  4. Cook until bread is toasted and cheese is melted.
  5. Slice cucumbers and serve with sandwiches.
