Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cup – almond milk, unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup – Greek yogurt, plain
  • 1 medium – banana
  • 1/4 cup – vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon – ginger, ground
  • 1 teaspoon – nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon – cinnamon

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high powered blender.
  2. Blend until the desired consistency is reached, adding ice as well if desired.
  3. Serve immediately.
Ingredients may be split in half and blended in batches if needed. For a creamier consistency, freeze the banana for a couple of hours (or more) before using.
