Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • 2 cup – white grape juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon – agar powder
  • 2 medium – kiwi
  • 1 cup – strawberries
  • 1 cup – blueberries

Directions

  1. Whisk ingredients together in a small saucepan over medium high heat and bring to a boil. Boil for 2 minutes.
  2. Pour into jello mold and add chopped fruit.
  3. Allow to set in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
