Ingredients

  • 4 medium – apple
  • 1 teaspoon – cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon – nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon – honey
  • 2 tablespoon – water

Directions

  1. Wash, peel, core and slice apples.
  2. Toss together with cinnamon and nutmeg in a large zip-top plastic bag, coating apples.
  3. Place apple mixture, honey and water in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, 8 to 10 minutes or until apples are tender.
