These are deeeeeelicious. My toddler tends to like them fresh off the skillet but not as a leftover. Which is a good thing – more for me! But not a good thing – all this work for one little broccoli bite for her. I’ve made these twice. The first time they turned out almost perfectly, the second time they seemed more crumbly and not holding together as well even though I made them the same way. I’m not a cook. What holds them together more? Should I add more egg?
