Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup – walnuts, chopped
  • 2 cup – apple juice
  • 2 medium – banana
  • 3 cup – blueberries, frozen
  • 1 cup – raspberries, frozen

Directions

  1. Soak and drain walnuts. (If you are short on time you can skip this step.)
  2. Combine the apple juice and banana in a blender. Add the blueberries, raspberries, and walnuts. Blend until smooth.
