Ingredients

  • 2 cup – yogurt, vanilla, low-fat
  • 1 cup – blueberries, frozen
  • 1 cup – strawberries, frozen, unsweetened
  • 6 twists – pretzel sticks or twists

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, gently stir together the yogurt and fruit.
  2. Spoon into 4-ounce ice-pop molds and cover with foil.
  3. Use a sharp knife to cut a small hole in the foil and insert a pretzel rod or snack stick. Freeze until firm.
  4. Remove foil before serving.
If you do not have ice-pop molds, you can use 3-ounce paper cups instead; peel paper away from yogurt pops before serving.
