Serves: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 3 cup – spinach
  • 1 cup – almond milk, unsweetened
  • 2 medium – orange
  • 2 medium – apple
  • 2 medium – banana
  • 1 ounce – chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon – honey

Directions

  1. Fill the blender with greens, add liquid.  Add peeled orange, apple, bananas, and chia seeds.  Blend until smooth.  If it is too chunky and not blending well, add more liquid. Sweeten with honey.
