- 8 slice bread, whole wheat
- 12 ounce prosciutto
- 4 leaf outer lettuce
- 1 medium tomato, red
- 1 medium avocado
- 4 medium apple
- 2 medium carrot
- Toast bread.
- Slice prosciutto, then cut into quarters; slice tomato and avocado; peel carrots and cut into sticks.
- Top one slice of toast with lettuce, tomato, avocado, and prosciutto; top with a second slice of toast, forming 4 sandwiches.
- Serve with apple slices and carrot sticks on the side.
