Backyard Salsa
Ingredients
- 2 medium peach
- 1 medium cucumber
- 1 medium tomato, red
- 1 stalk green onion
- 2 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 cup cilantro
Serve With
- 4 ounce tortilla chips
Instructions
- Dice peaches, cucumber, tomato, and green onion. Mix together in a bowl along with lime juice and chopped cilantro.
- Serve salsa along with tortilla chips.
