Pocket Full of Veggies
Ingredients
- 4 large pita, whole wheat
- 1 cup hummus
- 1 medium cucumber
- 2 cup shredded lettuce, red leaf
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, packed in oil, drained
- 1 cup grated carrot
Serve With
- 2 cup grapes
Instructions
- Slice pita in half and fill with ingredients. Serve with grapes on the side, or slice, and add to the inside of pita.
