Ingredients

  • 4 large pita, whole wheat
  • 1 cup hummus
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 2 cup shredded lettuce, red leaf
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, packed in oil, drained
  • 1 cup grated carrot

Serve With

  • 2 cup grapes

Instructions

  • Slice pita in half and fill with ingredients. Serve with grapes on the side, or slice, and add to the inside of pita.
