  • 4 large pita, whole wheat
  • 4 slice turkey breast, deli style
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 4 ounce cheddar cheese
  • 2 cup cherry tomatoes


  • Make your own lunchable without unhealthy crackers by cutting out pita circles with a small biscuit cutter. (You could also just cut the pita into wedges.)
  • Cut turkey into smaller pieces; slice cucumber and cheese.
  • Pack all ingredients into separate compartments of a to-go container for your own, homemade “lunchable.”
