- 4 ounce cheddar cheese
- 2 medium peach
- 4 slice ham, deli sliced
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup cranberries, dried, sweetened
- 1 cup pistachios, shelled
- Cube cheese into bite sized pieces. If desired, use a food cutter to cut cheese into fun shapes!
- Cut peaches into wedges.
- Roll ham inside spinach leaves and then proceed to pack the lunch ingredients into separate containers to be packed and ready for later.
