  • 1 1/2 cup almond milk, unsweetened
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt, vanilla
  • 1/8 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/8 cup chia seeds
  • 2 medium banana
  • 2 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup spinach


  • 4 large egg


  • Toss all ingredients into a blender and mix well. Ingredients may be split in half for easier blending if needed.
  • Serve immediately.
